This is a great product and seems really well made compared to some of the other models on the market. I mounted it to a no dig 4x4 post next to the house for a nice easy install. The mount fits nicely to a standard 4x4. No more dragging the hose all over the place.

Big upgrade from just a hose and manually coiling it up on a hose holder. Extends easily and retracts even easier. It looks better than most of the reels I've seen. I bought two for front and back yards. My wife and mother in law love them, so I guess I'd too.

Seems well made. Functions well and locks in place without issues. The retraction spring is strong and takes some getting used to. Installation is straightforward, and the unit is easily removable for winter storage.

It took quite awhile to get the black retractable hose reel but it was worth the wait. It's very trouble free and performs well. It looks stylish, too. No leaks anywhere. I would buy it again.

Finally upgraded my regular hose (that was constantly a mess) with this retractable reel. It's saved me time and frustration, planning to get another for the front yard.
