Order Changes & Cancellations:
Due to our fast processing times, it is generally not possible to change or cancel an order passed 1 hour once it has been placed. If you need to request an urgent modification, please email our customer service team at contact@aquorwatersystems.com immediately, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Processing Times

Processing Schedule: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are safely packaged and shipped out within 1 business day of being placed.

Cut-off Time: Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Weekends & Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (after 1:00 PM PST on Friday through Sunday) or on U.S. federal holidays.
Standard Delivery Windows

United States (Domestic): Most shipments arrive within 3–10 business days, assuming no unexpected carrier delays.

International & Canada: Shipments typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive, heavily depending on local customs and border processing times.

Need it faster? We offer several expedited and priority shipping methods at checkout for an additional fee (available for domestic and Canadian orders only).

Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $250 (calculated before tax).

Standard Shipping: For orders under $250, standard domestic shipping typically does not exceed $10.

Calculated Rates: Exact shipping costs and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your exact location, the shipping method selected, and package weight.
International Shipping & Exclusions

Available Countries: We proudly ship internationally, with automated shipping and tax calculations available at checkout for Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia.

Currency & Fees: All prices on our main site are listed in USD. Product pricing excludes taxes, international shipping fees, foreign exchange fees, or bank transaction fees.

Duties and Taxes: Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and customs taxes. Aquor Water Systems does not control these fees and is not responsible for additional customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

PO Boxes: We ship to all 50 states and PO boxes. However, expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes.

APO/FPO: We do not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

Overnight Shipping: Overnight delivery is NOT available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, PO boxes, or any international destinations (including Canada).

Missing or Lost Packages
- If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact the shipping courier directly within 24 hours of the missed delivery window.
Please Note: Due to carrier privacy policies, we are unable to contact a courier on your behalf until you have initiated the inquiry with them first.

What is Onward Package Protection?
We have partnered with Onward to provide carbon neutral shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages. When you add Onward to your order (shown on cart or checkout page), you will be fully protected in the event something goes wrong with your shipment. Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.
