Return Policy

We take great care to manufacture products constructed of the highest quality materials. We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions regarding our policies, we're always happy to chat.

Please note, we only accept returns or exchanges purchased directly from Aquor website.

Return Timeline:

If you wish to return your product for any reason, you must notify us of your intent to return by either filling out this form, sending an email to or calling us at (800) 458-1749 within 30 days of the original order to obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number). We will email a return shipping label to you, returns must be received by Aquor within 7-10 business days of receiving your return shipping label.

Please note:
  • Current discounts or sale prices do not apply to previous purchases. We are unable to carry out price adjustments or accept returns because of a price difference.
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • For B2B customers, please contact your representative directly.
  • We will not process the refund of returns without the RGA#.


Return Shipping Instructions:

The product you wish to return must be shipped back to us using the return shipping label sent to you and with the RGA# by Aquor. This is to ensure that you are using a carrier and shipping method approved by Aquor for safe handling of our products.

The product you are returning must be returned in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact and accessory parts. The item must be in original condition.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Any item purchased from other retailers (not directly from Aquor).
  • Any non-defective product over 12 months old.
  • Special lengths, finishes, or other customizations on any product.
  • Obsolete merchandise or product not listed in current price guide.
  • Product altered or abused by installation.
  • Any return without prior contact and written authorization.
  • Any merchandise sent back to us with C.O.D. or third-party billing.


    Return Refund Policy:

    You will receive a refund in the amount equal to the purchase price of the product you are returning (excluding shipping cost). Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

    If, for any reason, the product you are returning is damaged, or any of its parts are missing, Aquor reserves the right to deduct from your refund to reflect the replacement cost of damaged or missing parts.

    You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-7 business days of Aquor receiving the returned product. A 20% restocking fee may apply.


    Exchange Policy

    You can exchange any product in your order up to 30 days after delivery. To start your exchange you will need to fill out this form. You will then receive instructions to start the exchange process.

    All exchanges must be returned with the original Aquor packaging. All exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Credit for used or freight-damaged products to be determined upon receipt.

    When exchanging a product, you will receive an RGA# via email. Please include this number printed out or written on a piece of paper inside the box. (Please do not write the RGA# directly on the packaging.)

    Once we receive the product, we will process and add it back into our inventory. We will then send out the exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

    Please note:

    • You will need to ship the product back to the warehouse at your cost.
    • Any return without prior contact and written authorization will not be accepted.
    • Any products sent back without an RGA# will not be eligible for an exchange.
    • All international orders are final sale.
