Project Highlight: The New American Home 2026

Aquor’s Matte Black V2+ Hydrants fit seamlessly into Alair Orlando’s premier showcase project for The International Builders’ Show.

The 7,889 square foot Winter Park home features a 16-car underground garage, a balcony spa off the primary suite, and elegant outdoor living and entertainment spaces.

Alair Orlando partner, Daniel Kennerly, says the team’s focus was to build around what matters most to the homeowner. Unlike past featured homes, this project was created for a client, entrepreneur and philanthropist Jason Eichenholz, Ph.D.

Alair collaborated with architect Michael Wenrich and interior designer Olivia Maher to deliver Jason's vision—balancing scale with intimate, livable spaces and incorporating universal design principles throughout.

The dazzling house features floor-to-ceiling glass, offering peaceful lake views past the infinity-edge pool. Inside, minimalism meets technology and comfort, forming the perfect balance for an ideal living space.

The home’s technical and logistical achievements are notable, including an 16-car underground garage, wellness suite, and multiple outdoor terraces.

Aquor's sleek Matte Black House Hydrants blend into the home's modern exterior, providing instant outdoor water access whenever needed.

Pro Builder highlighted the team’s innovative use of steel framing, impact-rated glass, and thermally treated wood to meet long-term resiliency goals while achieving the aesthetic vision.

Inspired by his son, Jason is matching contributions from suppliers to his nonprofit, Jonathan’s Landing. The home will double as a venue for fundraisers and other charitable initiatives for years to come.
