After you are approved, you will create an account on our website. Logging into your account will allow you to see the Pro discounted prices, then you can order your products. 

If you need to order right away, no worries! Once your application has been approved and you've talked to a member of our team, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the discounted price. 

Please note, all the Pro customers will not be able to use any promo code as seen on the regular site.

We suggest that Aquor Pros purchase the Hydrants to take advantage of the discount and professional assistance. 

Once your order has left our facility, most shipments within the United States will take 3-10 business days to arrive, assuming no carrier delays. If you would like to expedite shipping, you can choose a priority shipping method during checkout for an additional fee—domestic and Canadian orders only.

Orders shipped internationally or to Canada will take about 10-14 business days depending on border processing. We do not have any control over duties and fees charged for international shipments. Customs policies vary, so if you have additional questions, reach out to your local customs office.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, 1 PM PST Friday through Sunday, or federal holidays.
