I have 3 outdoor hose attachments and these are pretty cool. I love the Stainless hardware and ease of use. Unfortunately the Hose Connector is not great quality. I have had a unit start leaking and another one with a control valve handle break. These units should be of the same Stainless Steel hardware as the Connection Port. Warranty replacement was super fast however not person to person interaction. A replacement arrives.
My plumber used this as a guide for the hole into stucco/concrete block. Allows access to pull valve out if you use PEX to connect, Great for stucco. Finished nice
Okay, so it’s great except for the fact it does not line up with rest of unit when tight. Preventing removal of valve through the mounting plate hole when in stucco/concrete block configuration. You’d be better off using the straight fitting as short as possible and use a PEX 90 and the adapt PEX into fitting. If the 90 had lined up with rest of valve…easily 5 stars
Everything is great about the hydrant, faucets, hose reel plus cover and spray nozzle. This was my second purchase. Forgot how I also have hose hangers.
Worked perfectly for narrow wall space where normal straight supply connection was not possible.
