We take great care to manufacture products constructed with the highest quality materials. We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions regarding our policies, we're always happy to chat.
Please note: We only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased directly from Aquor website.
Return Timeline
All requests for replacements or returns must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for replacement or refund. (Pros B2B customers have up to 90 days.)

To get a replacement or refund, you need to tell us your order number, email used for your purchase, what's issue with the product, including photos. (Requests without complete information may experience delays in processing. Please ensure all required information is included with your initial request.)

We will not process the refund or returns without submitting the return request at the Portal. Please do not mail back the items without letting us know.

Return Shipping Instructions
The product you wish to return must be shipped back to us using the return shipping label provided by Aquor. This ensures that you are using a carrier and shipping method approved by Aquor for safe handling of our products.
Please do not mail back the items using your own shipping label.
Returned products must be in their original box, with all protective internal packaging and accessory parts intact. Items must be in original condition.
We cannot accept returns for:

Any item purchased from other retailers (not directly from Aquor).

Any non-defective product over 12 months old.

Special lengths, finishes, or other customizations on any product.

Obsolete merchandise or products not listed in current price guide.

Products altered or damaged during installation.

Any return without prior contact and written authorization.

Any merchandise sent back to us with C.O.D. or third-party billing.
Refund Policy
You will receive a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product (excluding shipping costs). Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If, for any reason, the returned product is damaged or missing any parts, Aquor reserves the right to deduct the replacement cost from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of Aquor receiving the returned product. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Aquor Exchange Policy
You can exchange any product in your order within 30 days from the delivery date. To start an exchange, please fill out this Exchange Form. You will then receive instructions to start the exchange process.
All exchanges must be returned with the original Aquor packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Credit for used or freight-damaged products to be determined upon receipt.
When exchanging a product, you will receive an RGA# via email. Please include this number printed out or written on a piece of paper inside the box. (Do not write the RGA# directly on the packaging.)
Once we receive the product, we will process it and return it to inventory. We will ship the replacement item and send you a confirmation email once its processed.
