Shipping Policy

All items are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We do our best to share accurate shipping times based on the latest information from our logistics partners.

Please note that, generally, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it is placed. If you need to request a change, contact our customer service team contact@aquorwatersystems.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Time

We process shipments Monday through Friday, shipping within 1 business day of the order being placed.

Once your order has left our facility, most shipments in the United States will arrive within 3-10 business days, assuming no carrier delays. If you would like to expedite shipping, we offer several priority shipping methods at checkout for an additional fee—available for domestic and Canadian orders only.

Orders shipped Internationally or to Canada will take about 2-4 weeks, depending on border processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends—after 1 PM PST Friday through Sunday—or on federal holidays.

Orders received after 1 PM PST will ship out the next business day.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $200 before tax. Exclusions apply for extra-heavy items, such as the 48" Ground Hydrant. Shipping and taxes will automatically be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs will vary based on your specific location, the shipping method selected, and the products purchased. Typically, standard shipping does not exceed $10.

International Shipping

Shipping and taxes for orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia will be calculated at checkout.

We do not have control over duties charged for international shipments, as customs policies vary by country. If you have additional questions, please contact your local customs office. Please note that there may be duties and taxes for overseas orders. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties.

Expedited shipping is only available for Canadian orders. 

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping fees are not included in the price. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply.

Where Do We Ship? 

We ship to all 50 states and PO boxes. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes or international orders, except for Canada.

Overnight shipping is NOT available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, PO boxes or international orders, including Canada.

Yes, we do ship internationally.

How to Track Your Order

You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. If you used Shop Pay at checkout, you can track you order through the Shop App.

Missing or Lost Packages

Please contact the shipping courier within 24 hours of the missed delivery date. We are unable to contact the courier on you're behalf until you've contacted them yourself.

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We do everything we can to ensure your package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise, SavedBy can help.

How Much Does it Cost?

SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. The cost is automatically calculated once you begin adding items to your cart. 

Do I Need SavedBy?

You don’t—you can always opt out at the cart or checkout page. However, it can help speed up the process of resolving shipping issues. In some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

How Long Do I Have to Wait to Receive a New Package? 

SavedBy can help send a replacement package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take longer, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve issues.

Will SavedBy Reach Out to Me Directly? 

SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you place an order that includes their Package Protection. Keep your eye out for it! If you've filed a claim or have questions, they will email you directly with updates, questions, or resolutions.
