Shipping Policy

All items are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We do our best to share accurate shipping times based on the latest information from our logistics partners.

Please note, generally, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it is placed. If you need to request a change, contact our customer service team contact@aquorwatersystems.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping time

We process shipments Monday through Friday, shipping within 1 business day of order placed.

Once your order has left our facility, most shipments in the United States will arrive within 3-10 business days, assuming no carrier delays. If you would like to expedite shipping, we offer a few priority shipping methods at checkout for an additional fee—domestic and Canadian orders only.

Orders shipped Internationally or to Canada will take about 2-4 weeks, depending on border processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends—1 PM PST Friday through Sunday—or federal holidays.

Orders received after 1 PM PST will ship out the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $200 before tax, exclusions apply for extra-heavy items such as the Hot+Cold Hydrant and the 48" Ground Hydrant. Shipping and taxes will automatically be calculated at checkout. Shipping will vary based on your specific location, what shipping method you choose, and which products you purchase. Typically, standard shipping does not exceed $10.

International shipping

Shipping and taxes for orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia will be calculated at checkout.

We do not have control over duties charged for international shipments, customs policies vary for all countries, so if you have additional questions please reach out to your local customs office. Please note there are potential duties and taxes for overseas orders, we do not responsible for any extra custom or duty.

Expedited shipping only applies to Canadian orders.

Where do we ship

We ship to all 50 States and PO boxes. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes or international orders, except Canada.

Overnight shipping is NOT available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, PO boxes or international orders, including Canada.

We do ship internationally.

How to track your order

You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for shipping details to update. If you purchased using Shop Pay, you can get updates on your shipping status through the Shop App.

Missing or lost packages

Please contact the shipping courier within 24 hours of the missed delivery date. We are unable to contact the courier before the customer does so.
