Love the quality of the hanger, however the first screw I installed was threaded. I have the mess of cutting it off and drilling it out and will buy stronger screws.
Okay, so my Aquor hydrant would not shut off after I removed the hose connector, tried putting the hose connector back in to reseat the valve. Ripped one of the o rings off. They sent me 4 replacements. So they are prongs and they work on the hose connector.
I absolutely love this item. I think its genius to create a system that is sleek and modern.
Product came quickly and I ordered extra since we did have two that quit working and it has only been two years since we got them. Very happy witht the system though.
