This was a replacement product to my original hose connector and it works like a dream! No second, third attempts to connect - it works fantastically.
I bought one last year, I lasted approx 8 months. When I went to use it in March it was leaking inside the cartridge and backfilling into the house. So had a plumber come up and install shutoff valves, So I wouldn't have to shut off the whole house Should have done this before.
The Aquor Company was very understanding and sent out a replacement part, it was installed and still leaked. Called Aquor again, They immediately sent me out a whole new hot and cold hydrant, this was installed and working great at this time. So hope it lasts more than 8 months.
