Purchased this as I've been searching for a higher quality nozzle that could handle the good water pressure we have at our home. Unfortunately, it popped off multiple times just above the threads the first time I tried it. I wrote a review expressing my frustration. The customer service department contacted me within hours asking how they could rectify my displeasure. I sent them a picture, they explained the 30 second fix, and I have a new favorite spray nozzle. Kudos to Aquor for the superior customer service!
