Unable to use copper pipe directly into the hydrant. Made the installation very easy, and no leaks!

Pex-expansion adapter

Received the pex-expansion adapter quickly, hand tightened as instructed, turned on the water supply and…no leaks! Works great! Wish there was an option to order the hydrant with the pex-expansion connection included instead of buying an additional piece. Satisfied overall.

Excellent Design

I purchased 3 Vacuum Breaker Hose connectors for the multiple outlets around my home. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and functionality of these connectors. For my needs, these connectors work perfectly for my 100 foot hoses without fail.

Easy Retrofit

Swapped existing hose bib for a new V1 after a pipe broke over winter. Adapted to PEX and had to widen the opening out just a little bigger than existing. Easy swap, only took an hour with the right tools.

Plumbing

Had to install a copper nipple to the hydrant in order to **** a pex fitting to it. Had a hard time with teflon tape so it wouldn’t leak, a male end like most hose bibs would be easier. Also a spring on the cover to keep it closed would be nice. Just sugestions still a great product
